Who are we?
Intraday Group Ltd is a distinctive, private asset management company that specialises in Wealth Management and Private Equity for select and approved investment opportunities.
Our client base includes, but is not limited to High/Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals, International Corporations, Public and Private Institutions, Charities and Sovereign Entities, amongst others. The majority of all new business is by way of referral from our existing clients, as we neither actively seek nor solicit our business.
Intraday Group has no political alliances or bias, remaining neutral and positively focused to the needs, aims and objectives of all our company. We have no geographical preferences or sectorial partialities.
We are entrepreneurial in our approach towards equity investing, and have an in-house and out-of-house global network of subject matter experts and bankers assisting in the analysis of all investments, for our proprietary business.
Under the Intraday Group banner we have a team whose collective sphere of influence and combined expertise enables our business to provide solutions, which many peers within the industry cannot tailor for their clients.
None of the Intraday Group’ team, as individuals, have less than 10 years in Financial Services; most have a great deal more! All have been headhunted and brought into our family because of their industry expertise and recognition, excelled performance with prior institutions, and their drive, passion, sound ethics and their customer centric approach.

Intraday Group is active today with a well-diversified portfolio of investments across a wide variety of sectors and geographic locations in Gold/and other minerals (mining and production), Biopharmaceuticals (research and development), Real-Estate (construction and re-development), Water Solutions (R&D, Sanitisation, Desalination and Re/Distribution), Renewable Energy and Aviation.
Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of Intraday Group are to invest, re-educate, create change, develop and meet the needs of changing social requirements, local and international economies. We dedicate the right mix of capital, time, and management, and operational expertise, to make successful investments from challenging situations, by identifying fundamentally sound business propositions in need of financial support.
We continue to seek new investments across all areas in both existing and new technologies. Key themes which are always at the heart of what we do for our business, and the Intraday Group proprietary business, include: Population growth, the social basic needs and modern day expectations, the basic rights to clean water, electricity and energy, health and well-being, jobs, wealth creation, food production, the diligent care and preservation of the natural environment and sustainable infrastructures.
